  1. You identify a blocked job
Denied, delayed, or underpaid claim? Suspect low scope or coverage issue?
  2. Send the client our way
Send the client’s estimate, policy, and insurance decision letter our way. If you do not have the policy and insurance decision, please ask the insured to call/text/email us and mention your name/company.
    Phone: (210)361‑0070
    Email: marzola@stormlex.com
  3. We perform a claim evaluation
We coordinate with you on the damage estimate and speak directly with the insured and review their paperwork to determine if we can recover additional money. If we move forward, our attorneys step in.
  4. You stay in the loop
You’ll have a single point of contact—Makalah, Intake Manager—for quick updates and status checks.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Will you contact my client for me?
We need the insured to contact us directly first (phone, text, or email). Texas law requires that we cannot proceed with a full evaluation until the client contacts us directly (via text, phone, or email). We will need them to answer certain questions regarding their information and claim.

Do you handle commercial properties?
Yes—apartments, hotels, schools, shopping centers, churches, offices, and more.

What if I only have partial documents?
Send what you have. We’ll guide your client on anything missing.

How often will I get updates?
You’ll have Makalah as your single point of contact for quick check‑ins. As long as your client is in the case evaluation phase, you will hear from her regularly. Once your client becomes our client, we switch to a Client Update Program, in which you will receive a report every month as to where the client’s case stands in the legal process.
